FNAF TAG - Revive Update

- Made checking for the amount of children still left in the game more consistent

- When you are caught as a child, you can revive yourself by clicking on another child

- Mangle has first person animations

- Animatronic first person animations will not go through walls anymore

- Fixed the waiting screen a bit

- Made all the effects for dying work for entire lobby(afton crying, children turning gray)
